Nutritionally, kangaroo meat is superior to other types of farmed meats. It is low in fat (3 – 4%), high in protein, and high in vitamins and minerals. Kangaroo is considered a “cooling” meat, as it lives in a very dry and arid environment, and as such, is ideal for treating pets with food allergies.

This special wagyu is rich, full-flavoured, and buttery. Sanchoku is the Japanese philosophy of food and produce being ‘direct from the source’, marrying quality produce with care for animals and the environment. Sanchoku Wagyu is raised to this philosophy, and blends thoroughbred Japanese wagyu genetics with Australian animal husbandry.
